In case of payment by cash on delivery (by postal money order) the amount is paid to the courier in cash upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a postal money order note from him.
When paying electronically, by bank transfer, by card or by Easypay, the amount is paid in advance. The relevant payment system will provide you with a document for the transfer.
Keep the document certifying the payment (note for postal money order, Borica statement or bank transfer), because you need it in case of warranty service of the goods.

Delivery time, after order confirmation, is from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery region.
Check the status of your order to be informed about its status.
Orders received after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.
Upon delivery, the customer signs a document for acceptance of the goods, which certifies its implementation in full by www.BSI24.bg.
